well i was sitting on my couch in the garage today just looking at my car and decided that the taillights needed a bit of tweeking....so i ended up breaking the clear plastic off and baically turned them into 3D taillights.....only half a bottle of goo gone, 4 hours, a big hammer, and a few blood knuckels later and this is what it turned out like...i think im gonna paint them gunmetal grey to match the rest of the trim...
what do you think????

i think they look really clean now. u should just leave them the carbon fiber. it looks pretty kick *** that way

 

yeah but they arent real carbon fiber......i still dont think it looks all that bad though...i like the 3D look

i like the 3D taillights for the srt4's and this was as close as i could get for this car.....i might leave it for a while and see how it goes

i dont know how it will hold up to the wheather....if it doesnt do good then i will just get a new set

 

man spud, i was at my fav JY the other day and there was a set of these same tailights on a neon and the clear plastic was all busted out. everything else was fine tho. i think i am gonna go back an get em now seeing yours! thanks for the idea!
