the hurst doesnt reduce the throw by 80%...its more like 50-60 but pacesetter makes on that is adjustable up to 80%

ok now i understand. but... the the site that das listed several posts ago shows an animated diagram showing that the linkage moves the same on a short throw shifter. just less arm movement
actually the link shows that the shifter is not actually shorter anywhere!, the shifter its self has been "lowered" bringing the pivot point up on the stick. so the bottom is now longer and pushes on the linkage quicker.


hes right about that one, from the bal down it should be longer, making it to shift quick, i have one, but not on a dodge neon, and u can really feel the diff.
