Clutch Circuit/Torque Converter Trouble Code
My 1998 Neon wont start, so I checked the trouble code's and it is reading Clutch Circuit/Torque Converter. I can not find any info on this, online or in my Hayne's manual. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The P code would be P0743. But that wouldn't cause car not start. Be sure the battery is good and ck you connection at the safety neu switch.
