damn das you took the words out of my mouth.....i don't upgrade breaks forlooks....thats why i kept the back drums....the only thing i upgade in brakes is a bigger brake kit....and they don't have that for a neon yet[:@]....people are stupid they get these cross drilled ones that are the same size as stockand think it will make them stop real fast(or look cool)....but they don't research to find out they love to crack....my friend had a eclpice and broke afront one and totaled it when he hit a fordtruck.....i will let you in on a secret too....the bigger the brakes the more fricion it get and that makes it brake better.....cross drilling or sloting will help it breath

and one more littlerant just incase you missed it....an upgrade in brakes is to get bigger brakes....bigger brakeshave more area forfricion and make it stop way better.....slotting and/or cross drilling causes it to let the heat out faster....but will make it more fragile....i do not recomendcross drilled rotors for street use....slotted only is not as bad

I dunno. I don't know what makes them off-road only though.

It says for off-road use only, but I don't why they are for off-road use, so you could email Vitor and ask.
