Default window rattle

Is there anything I can do for the window rattle that happens when the windows are down? It looks like the felt pads/guides are worn inside the door. This is the only thing I don't like about my car, not having the door frame the whole way around the window to hold it steady.

What kind of padding, where would I get it, and do I stick it onto existing pad, or start from scratch? Anything is helpful.

I used an old mouse pad... then used the rest to stop my wifes licence plate on her civic from ratlling.

i had the same problem. i took off my door panel and found that the metal guide at the back edge of the window is cracked loose. it seems to hole the window steady when it is down but both are broken. this is why it rattles. either find some unbroken ones at the JY and maybe beef them up with some metal and a welder or try the pad idea.
