ok let me get this striaght....
the motor is a 95 sohc right???
the car is a 97.
what year neon did you get the harness out of???
what year did the pcm come out of.... (look on bottom of pcm, and let me know the p/n on the bottom should be on a white sticker....)

but i just tryed to put it in and no good plugs dont match up. i was thinking could i use the harness but cut the pluges that dont fit and put 95 pluges that will fit in? or am i going at it in the wrong way? this kid sucks i dont even know how he got it to start and run.
any help would be very apprciated.

ok, you need a wiring harness from a 97-99 sohc
a pcm from a 97-99 sohc and what ever trans you have.
sensors from 97-99
intake manifold for 97-99, 95s had the map and idel control sensor seprate and 96+ was a combo sensor... I know this sucks for you....
sensors changed in 96 and then again in 97+...the 96 is hybrid between 95 sensors and 97+.... sorry bud...

today i went to work and i was told to go get a junk car. i went there and it was a neon. the guy i picked it up from said the motor was bad it had a oil leak and his wife drove it with no oil. its a 98 sohc auto. i can use the sensers and manifold of the car right? will all the sensers just screw/bolt in?

lol nope wont work sohc and dohc has two diferent intake manifolds.... talk to ghost neon he has a couple dohc manifolds laying around belive he said 35 plus shipping and then just get the map sensor from a 96-99. hell mayby ghost has one for cheap...

why do i need a dohc manifold when i have a sohc motor/computer/herness in my car? do ineed all the sensers on the motor or just certen ones? can i use anything of this junk car?
