instead of doing the emulator you can do the resiter trick...

You can try the resistor trick. This involves soldering a ¼ watt, 1megaohm[/b] resistor into the black wire of the downstream oxygen sensor. This will effectively fool the computer into thinking there is still a catalytic converter in place, by changing the output of the downstream oxygen sensor. The resistor trick will only work if you leave the downstream oxygen sensor in the exhaust piping. You cannot remove the downstream oxygen sensor from the exhaust piping, coil it up, and use the resistor trick; it does not work.People have tried to use the resistor trick without the downstream oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe, it does not work that way. The downstream oxygen sensor MUST be in the exhaust pipe for the resistor trick to work.

 

its running lean not rich i ment to correct it i thought i posted that i ment its runing lean 19.9 is lean and 9 is rich i had it backwords. as now vi changed the fuel filter aqnd notice it got a little richer but it still running lean when i let off the pedel and when i cruze on the hiway. as for the resitor thing i can do that and use my plx r 500 witch has narrowband output and a resiter for the heater wires to fool the computer. and this emulator how does it work how u use it where do you get it?? and if i get afx it will get rid of that o2 and the egr code i got and the carb cansiter that i took out
