Default Fuel q

So there is no fuel regulator on the sending unit on the metal tank. So after I put the 255 internal in the tank i noticed a round siilver thing hiding up where the sending unit is. Is that a filter or is that the regulator. It has a return input and output on it. Can i just by-pass that if it is? Because i didnt do the spoolboy mod. I have a in-line pump but i dont think i am going to use it? I think the internal with the 24's injectors should hold up on 8psi. I just need to know about the filter thing.

I would say follow the instrution book that came with your hahn kit the stock fuel injectors will work fine up to 10psi. and your running 24s you are running pig rich... but yes the round silver thing when you pull out your pump is the regulator... sorta looks like what is circled in the pic but this one is on the plastic tank model...

So can i just by-pass it? So use the stock injectors? and use the internal walboro only? I dont have hahn kit. I bought or made my stuff in my kit. I call it the speeon kit. I dont have a wideband so i dont want to get into the fuel a whole lot. Thanks.

oh sorry zach... yeah use the stock ones right now... heres the deal without a rrfpr your stock static pressure is going to be 49psi and if the stock 19lb injectors can handle 10 psi just fine then what do you think 24lb injectors are going to do at 49psi... there going to drop more fuel and if the 19lbers can handle it then 24lbers would just dump so much fuel it would be crazy.... and I wouldent let your car do anything other then idle without that rrfpr becuase you will lean out to the max and melt your pistons if you rev it up...

so in conclustion if you want to use the 24's or even drive your car get a rrfpr.
