well i think im done modding neons...im thinking about selling or trading it should i[&:]

reasons...my main one is the speed limiter(i know thats stupid)but i also have a problem with the fact that spud said (basicly) you can have a fast neon but its still a neon and it's not ment to go that fast...so i think im selling out for a evenbetter car

i know about the tao and i still love my neon but idk it's to much f-ing work to keep moding it and for what i still need to rebuild the engine for higher boost thats another 5000...so insted of getting a car that can play atalot higher speeds andbe safer i would have a neon with some bighp and it would probably brake with me...so im thinking about it but i probably wont when i get the car running at full potensial[>:]...as my friends with good cars say life begans at 120mph and i have been 165 and i miss that sooooo much...im reentering my need for more speed problem...i was going 115mph all the way home on the freewayin the charger i loveand i beat a maserati it was just a luxery one i dont know how fast it could have gone or what modle it was but i felt so bad ***but then we hit traffic

 

it can go pretty fast. i've driven them at work. they can get up and go.

 

honestly i think people are pretty stupid who drive at 100+ on the highway....you know what kind of damage you can do to yourself or someone else if something unexpected happens.

Im into the 0to60 and 1/4 mile times max where the risk isnt so high

and no dont sell the neon right away you just turboed it and what not wait awhile to sell it if thats what u want

 

honestly thats a decision only you can make. but if you sell the neon make sure its not to some punk kid that'll wreck it within months. the neon is unique. thats why i still keep mine. yea i put alot of money intoher just to keepher running and everyone i know always asks why i keepher and i just tell them "This is my neon andi don't want another car"

 

im keeping my neon...im going to pull a few tricks out my *** and make it better then what i wanted to trade it forbesides i have worked my *** of to make it what it is

i agree racing on the highway isstupid(i only did it when i was just me...and the time the idiot in the ford was blocking me)i like 0-60 morebut im one of those people who need a hit of speed and chanceonece in a while (maby 4 or 5 times a year)...and 1/4 times are dangerous i was going 100mph in my stratusthe otherday trying to get my timei only quit because my tires are rated for 90 on the stratus.

 

ever since i first started modding my r/t, ive had thoughts about getting rid of it....
i put a total of close to $15,000 or so into my car.....where am i at right now???? exactly the same place i was 2 years ago.....still driving a junk little neon...i would get rid of this damn car in a heartbeat if the right offer came around

 

if you look some places the offer for some cars still stands

idk you think the neon would compair good enough with a wrx?
