What is the intake made out of? Aluminum i assume but what did he use for the flanges andthe 90s thatconnect to the head. Are they hand made or are they from a stock SOHC or a DOHC intake just fabricated?

 

they are made of aluminum and he makes them out of the stock intake manifold just hacks off the bottom and builds the box...
he makes them in short medium or long runner, each having there own application...

he also will hand port the runners and trim down the injecotr humps and cleanup the outside of the manifold of casting flaws for extra money.... base manifold that he just hacks off the bottom and welds a box no porting or anyting will run ya 350 or 375 cant remember... then it goes up from there...

theres alot of work into one of these things and you definatly feel the power up top... he said on the phone that you lose a little on the bottom end but I dont feel it at all... just know my sohc pulls to redline instead of falling on its face at 5500rpms...

 

CLEAN YOUR ENGINE UP A LIL. looks like yo utook it muddin lol.. but anyways nice stuff you got there.. i wanted one of the AMM mani's but figured ill wait till i blow this motor up and rebuild it before i get one

 

damn atleast clean the valve cover.....or slap a bunch of grease on the intake so it atleast matches....

 

lol if you look at the pic really well you can tell I started to clean the front right corner. However that night it was like 3am and needed sleep... I promise I'll go out there today and clean it up...[8D]
