Are you taling about header or manifold?

Because the stock manifold is pretty good ofr stock and there are quite a few headers for the Neon.

What type of turbo?

There are a few manifolds out there. I currently have a Chill Factory manifold.

I don't think its worth it because its a small turbo. Its going to build a lot of heat and you are going to have to do quite a bit of work to the car to handle it.

Perhaps you should look into a bigger turbo as you'd have to do less work with it.
