Mitsu turbo?
So much easier that way. Or wait a bit and save up for a turbo mean for the 420A.

OK. You can pull the turbo off any random car you find that has a turbo and it will work on your Neon.
As for a turbo off of an Eclipse or something yes, you can pull the turbo and use it on your car. NO, you can not use the manifold.
You can buy turbo manifolds made specifically for Neons from various places. The most common is HRC, Chill Factory and there is also ITS Turbo.
Keep in mind though that you will most likely be getting a very small turbo from a Mitsu Eclipse either a 16b or a 13 and with that in mind remember it will build a lot more heat due to its size and you iwll need to do a lot more engine work for it. You will also want to have a way to keep it cool.
You will be better off getting a larger turbo as it can dissapate the heat better and you will have to do less internal engine work.
