I reworked my head... which humps? i know your talking about the exhaust ports, but which set? the big side (exhaust manifold), or the little side (cylender)? either wayi took both out, and increased the size of the port (header side) the humps on the little end really should be remove as well. what you essencially want to do, is generate the least amount of resistance as possable. so anything that is too sudden of a change in the ports will cause either a dead air space, a resistance or a "glancing" effect. honestly porting the neon head just takes common sence. also, dont polish the intake side, because it causes the fuel to stick to the wall and run, instead of staying as an atomized mist. however on the exhaust side polish the hell out of them till they look like a mirror (or as close as you can get).
