I have a 95 neon. My exhuast needs to be replaced. It has a big hole on the side of it and it is getting really loud. I need some advice on replacing it. What parts do I need to purchase, such as clamps? What tools do I need and what is the procedure for doing this? Is there any certain type of exhaust that I should buy? Pictures would help a lot if you have any. Thanks.

do u want a quiet stock sounding exhaust? you shouldnt need any clamps or any thing you should be able to use the one on there now. i couldnt use mine just because it was so rusted. i cut my pipe and muffler right off and put my new one on and bought a $2 2 1/4" c clamp and cranked that down then slid in the rubber hangers. my muffler has a nice deep tone not too raspy unil you let off the throttle at high rpms but it sound pretty good. mine is a regular bolt on muffler from dynomax. they are pretty cheap. but if you just want a stock sound then pick up a DOHC stock muffler from your local muffler.
