ight so a homie of mine just ordered some ebay coilovers cause hes ballin on a budget... at least i talked him out of cutting his stock springs that have over 120k on them... well that being said... does any one have a write up on these? the reason i ask is because im not sure if the sleeve sits on the stock spring seat or do you have to cut the seat of so it sits all the way at the bottom of the strut???? i did this on a 97 cutlass supreme i had and you had to cut the seat in order to do the coil overs ...

 

the genral consensus one the ebay coilovers is thatits acrapy product.because of this i dont think there is a write-up.

Im sureif you've done anouther set before these shouldnt be that hard.

 

i wouldnt waste thetime putting these things on any car....i had them a while back and they were the biggest pieces of **** i ever bought...

I will give you a write up. Put the adjuster at bottom. Use the rubbers bushing between the adjuster and spring. Use the cap that comes with it for the top. But rubber seals between the spring and cap and between the strut and the cap. Put it back together using haynes manual.

 

but you dont have to cut the oem spring seat?
