What's the top MPG yall know of a Neon getting? I got a 1500 and yall know those aint nice at the gas pumps. love it to death though and ended up on the 1st gen neon so figured i'd pop a question to yall.

List the motor too cause idk squat about them. Unless someone has a 360 in a neon.

 

I get 30-35 mpg highway. 2.0 SOHC 5 speed.

 

in my old 95' Neon, i once got 47mpg highway. it was all highway and i was going 55mph. but normally i would get between 30-33city and 38-43 highway. thats in my 97' Neon.

Oh yeah, both 2.0L SOHC 3.55 5-speed.

 

Averaging like 85 mph i can pull off 29 or 30 mpg through montana. Best i've gotten though is probably 33mpg highway with 4 people in my car. My car is always loaded down when i travel and I'm not the lightest on the gas pedal so... 96' neon 4dr 2.0 SOHC.

i dont know, im no more heavy on the pedal then anyone else posting in this thread

 

I got 41-42 driving 55 mph and putting it in neutral on hills, driving 55 really saves a lot of gas. on a 170 mile trip at 60mph i would use a half tank, at 55 i would use a quarter, just goes to show.
