Default Dodge Neon Speedometer Panel

I have problems with my speedometer panel. It does't show the speed that I am driving with, it just stays at 0. Any suggestions on why it is doing this ?? Thank you!

Alright thanks.
You might want to think back if you went through any puddles or water sources cuz a friend of mine had that happen to his car driedthe speed sensorout and it worked again. Or you can take your cluster out and see if any of the soldered joints are broken or bruised.

From what i hear it is a problem with the connections of a couple wires. You can either buy a new used speedo for like $60 on ebay or fix it yourself. 9596 transplant knows i think. Try poping it out and looking at it, it's easy to take out.
