what are the benefiets of cat-delete on, say my neone for example, with the CAI and soon 52mm TB. will i notice a difference? Will it be much of a difference? and will it be god-awful loud?
thanks.

if you do it right - u will hear a little more noise in the cabin, because the cat baffled things and it sits right in front of the driver area. the muffler will only be slighlty louder.

deleting my cat did as much or more as adding the 52mm tb. it was a nice change. im glad i did it. i have a true cai and a 52mm tb, and now cat delete. the car jumps in its power band now, where before it just nudged alone. i did have the top end rebuilt too though, so im sure that freshened things up a bit too.

and by -if u do it right, i mean you have the tools and parts to ensure u dont let ur exhaust leak where u modify it. if you dont get it back together right, then it will be loud under the car where the exhaust leaks out before the muffler.

That's what I've decided on. Think it'll get me a ticket for noise?

the header has a 2.25 collector. the resonator can have w/e outlet and inlet. so should i just have 2.25 piping put on since it'll be restricted down to that at the collector anyway? or should i epand it out to 3" after the collector and go with that to the back?

haha ur right in pa, u do need a cat to pass inspection

but almost everyone knows someone here
haha

what are you gonna do with ur downsteam o2 sensor

and yea cats have platinium metals inside

the exhaust gases pass thought all the filters in the cat, changing un burn hydrocarbons(gas) to co2 and water
and by rearranging harmful nitrogen gases to co2 and h2o

i got a high flow cat from magnaflow off my buddy for 15$

and i went to get it weded on, i was so happy i left in a hurry, w/o my cat, im dumb
