Default WHAT'S THE BEST C.A.I. ROUTE???????

Hey all I bought one of those C.A.I. kits that you can pice together and design your own. What is the best route to run it? I have a 1997 Neon 2.0 SOHC with a MTX. I am buying one of the members' 52mm TB but for the life of me I can't see where to put it. Part of it is a flexible hose that extends 28" and has "memory" position. Thanks!

If you dont have smog laws, the link that 12 volt put up is the best way to go, more then likely you'll be fine this way, i think cali is the only place strict enough to not allow that, also check out the second link that boxer put up, its a little test on engine bay temperatures in differant typical cai areas
