trouble starting
what im trying to get at is if the steering wheel is locked out and there is tention on the wheel just pull the wheel a tad bit away from the tention then try to start it... go out and look at the wheel if its not straight this may be your problem...
It clicked everytime I pushed the coper pigtail wire in
Usually when it just clicks it means the battery is low or the starter isnt getting enough power. Ive never messed with a neon starter so i wouldnt know where the ground is, most starters are internaly grounded.
Hope i helped some, its hard to troubleshoot when the car isnt in front of you.
Hey NP you have helped lots.
It f**king snowed last night and is cold today so I can't check anything. The next thing I will check is the wire plug that goes into the starter, maybe that is not getting a signel.

Yea I tried that.
But whats still strange is why the starter wont turn when I put jumper cables on it and a battery from a running car.
It's something between me putting in my key and turning, and the relay.
Could it be the ecu? Whats the link between those 2 things? Anyone have a Helms for this car?
