My weekend... 2.4 swap included...
boxer, are you going totry andputA/C and power steering on?

and about the resivour.. i believe the old one would fit but it was easyer to just do that and gives more room behind the engine..ill try to get a better looking one to go there..
maybe a NOS energy drink bottle

[8D]..lol
Yeah mullet i stood on the radiator support and took a pic... lol well what the hell else was i supposed to do...
we just left the coolent overflow out for more room behind the motor came in really handy with the alternator and exhaust manifold... and as far as the power steering goes... we cut the lines... instead of removing the lines and looping them... looping them causes pressure on the other side of the cylinder and makes it harder to steer... so instead of just taking the lines off the rack we decided to cut the lines about a foot out so dirt cant find its way down there... zip tied them up a bit...

what if you were to pump some fluid out by turning the wheelside to side with the lines cut close the the fittings, then loop it so that your only pumping air from one side to the other?
this is what i did, only i took it one step further, turned the wheel to one side, then used a schringe (however thats spelled) to pull a little extra just a couple cc's, then did the same thing with the wheels turned the other way, it was a lot easier to turn then with them just looped and no way for dirt to get in
dont know if that would be as easy as just leaving them open, but it seems to work
engine looks pretty sick, you'll have to let us know how it drives
