10-15% of each other, but no lower than ~150 or so. You dont want one cylinder at 160 and another at 205.

 

they were all about 170 give or take 5.

 

i would stick around 10% hell 5% if you can...

 

I just read that the 95 manifold requires modding to work on 96. Well i didnt mod it and I used it on my 96. Could that cause a problem? What modding needs to be done?

 

Well the pistons and head look fine. I think it was the head gasket?

 

did you pull the #1 and check the ring lands

 

No but the side wall is great and the piston moves up and down fine. Nothing in the oil pan. One of the head bolts wasnt very tight. It came off easy. Which is weird. Engine looks great. I will just get the head done and throw it back on for now. I will build my other engine with dohcs pistons and just drop it it some day.
