Sry for the ACC and ON thing i forgot it was ACC-OFF-ON-START if you understand what i mean, and i went to the dealer for a scan and i needed to pay 35$ for the scan because i dont have a scanner yet. neoncrazy101 all the Check Engine and Service Engine Soon mean the same thing but im sure you know. 95to96transplantneon i think you know everything about neon 
im a 18 mechanic but im sure you know these car more than me,i bought a neon 98 atx 1 year ago but never had problems with it exept the trans thats why i dont know yet how dodge engine work.... but my friends got a lot of Honda and i know them enought to say that a DOHC R/T is far away in front of a Honda 1998 Si that why they hate the neons :P

32 is the egr... so clean it...
42 could be any of these things... you will have to hook it up to a code reader to figure out witch sub code is acually throwing the 42...

P0463 Fuel Level Sending Unit Voltage Out Of Limits, Too High

are you sure Spud? both of our 95's have the Check Engine (original clusters). my 97 had the service Engine. till i swapped the cluster into it from a 98. and now it saids Check Engine.
also, my 97 had the Door ajar light. all the other ones only have the little triangle that never works for the hazard lights.
