CHANGED MY MIND! (damaged piston pics pg3)
any reccomendations on what fluid to use while i do this?
FWY. we always usea 45 degree cross hatch on aircraft engines
the #2 and #3 pistons slid out pretty easily. i didnt use a reamer. i pushed them up through with an old broomstick handle i broke a long time ago. 1 and 4 will have to wait cuz my cheap socket set finally gave out. i stripped the 7/16 and the 11mm - then broke the 1/4 to 3/8 reducer on the next set on the rod bolts. i guess its time to get a decent set of sockets.
i dont think im going to be able to get the block out of the car, so im gonna have to make the best of what ive got.

got a crafstman 245 pc. mech set for 190 (more sockets than ill ever need)
- rod bolts came right off
im 20 now i think it was time for a good socket set anywayz.

borrowed my friends camera long enough to get shots of the piston. in the last one down you can see light coming through the hole in the top of the piston.
