grinds into second

grinds into second
need help trying to figure out why trans grinds while going into second gear. I always have the cluch fully enguaged but everytime it still grinds into second. wtf is going on

yea i agree the snycros might done second gear is the most gear u use. either that the shift fork might be messed up. i had the same prob and it was my shift fork

how do i fix the syncros and how do i fix the fork and how many diffrent forks are there or do they have the same name for the same fork.
the reason i am asking is because i did a search and i found several names with fork in it. it was earlyer today and i have forgot the other names
