Stock neon PCMs cannot be tuned.

A Mopar or AF/x PCM will not look for the EGR and therefore will not throw a code.

I know, I was referrign to a new tuned pcm. I know the aftermarket ones wont throw a code, but I was asking if he has an aftermarket one.
