Wheel Bearing
Thanks everyone for the detailed instructions ... I ended up giving up on it the other night because I had some other things to get to. I will give this another try hopefully this Friday night. Looks like I should be much better prepared this time. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks again!!
Ok I am giving up on this ... I looked over the factory service manual and it shows all these "special" tools that are required. I am just going to have my mechanic do it ... he will do it for $200 including parts. If I return the bearing I already bought them I am really only spending $160 to have someone else do it. Sounds worth it to me!! Thanks anyways for everyone's help ... I really appreciate it.
The Pickle fork works great, I had trouble finding a suitable way to lock the rotor while taking the nut off till my brother took a crafstmen screw driver and jammed it in the break caliper and rotor and it came right off like butter, it was easy after that!.
