so the guy says he got me by a car and a fender but im not seeing it

i see at the most a fender

so maybe in the second race it was prolly by that far

but to do the cam timing do i have to take off the valve cover again...

cuz i dont want to do that.. cuz you did most of that so i just watched and learned but i didnt learn that much cuz most of the work was with the damn tensioner [8D]

hmm the links seem to be working for everyone else

so today i redlined it at 6500..? i though with MPP the rev
7600 rpm on the DOHC.
and i was in second and i seemed to lose power at 6 but i understand the next gears power band thing..

ok just to straighten things out i should take it to the Rev limiter (redline) just making sure there the same thing ...

i think i got shafted if im spitting out at 6500...[>:]
My first Neonhad a ATX DOHC that hit the Limiter at 5900 Rpm, I felt shafted, to hear about how great the dohc engines were for high Rpm and then hitting 5900 Rpm. Its was like licking the Zebra Bar and somebody takes it away from you.

Your not going to want to take it up to the rev limiter a little before is perfect, if you hit the rev limiter in a race your gonna lose time and scare the **** out of yourself!

so WTF is redline[:@]

lol i would think redline would be Rev limit becuz that would be red lining the engine out

but the reason i think i got shafted is becuz i have the Mopar Performance Pcm that should bring it to 7600 and im spitting out at 6500...so im saying i dont think i have the corrext pcm..

so the guy says he got me by a car and a fender but im not seeing it

i see at the most a fender

so maybe in the second race he prolly beat me by that far
what do you think

redline is the little part of your tach where the numbers and the lines are red... the rev limiter is how far the car will acually let you rev your car...

and theres on way in hell he beat you by a car and a fender... maybe a fender...

Low 15s

Your friend has more excuses and lies than a Politician. What a fk face he is. Let me Drive your Neon I will smoke that fool by 2 cars just let me in your Neon Josh!!!!

His car is only a 13 second car when he pushes it 4,000 feetoff the Grand Canyon. Don't believe a word of what he says, tell him turbo 2.4Neons that have more power than yours do 14.2 second quarter miles so theres no way in hell he has even a mid14 second car.

Sounds like the same retard who told me Chrysler made Hemi engines until 1973, when its really 1971 the death of Muscle cars.

1998 Dodge Neon R/T 7.5 15.9
i would think i would be at high 14's like 14.8 considering the rt came with the Dohc with 150hp and 132lbs of torque and its 1/4 is 15.9 so dont tell me i did all that swap to shave .4 seconds

and the stratus 2.4 is 150 hp and 165 lbs of torque stock
