For real. Start with the simple stuff. Has your computer thrown up any codes? Also, do you know how to read the codes?

Ok no codes and fuel pressure is ok. When the car stalls if you check for spark there is non. Cycle the key it comes back. Changed the ignition coil and it def made a difference but still ends up stalling......

Something that involves heat and timing. Could be a bad wire going to the coil or a loose connection to the PCM. There are a few different sensors that affect the timing when the car is warm. MAP, cam, crank, engine temp sensor. Check your connections. If you have a multimeter, start checking the sensors voltage against the listed proper voltages in a manual. When you get one that isnt returning the proper voltage or isnt reaching the right resistance as in the engine temp sensor, change it out. Be sure to check the voltage going to the sensor to be sure its not a bad lead to it.

It was part of the problem for sure then. The only other thing would have to do with it now loosing signal due to the computer not knowing whats going on with the timing.

The orange wire is the one to check for voltage with it unplugged from the coil. You would have to cycle the engine a couple of times because if the computer detects that the engine isnt running, it shuts the ignition feed off.
