well tomorrow im going to pick up a neon....nothing special....but i want a neon again...
95 sohc auto
white 4-door...paint flaking
4 lug 13" wheels
no power options, no tach, no cruise control, though it does have a/c
needs a thermostat housing, door mirriors, battery, 1 cooling fan, and a headgasket or new head

well i had the grand prix and didnt get to use it....then i bought the bonneville to use for work, but i just dont feel comfortable in big cars....i want a little zippy gas saver to drive again...sumthing i can beat the hell out of with no worries....and for $250, why not?

i popped the hood on it yesterday and noticed that it had a metal topped radiator....not plastic

 

I have alot of 95 parts laying around I never plan to use. SO if your in need of anything. Let me know.

I have a head. No cam. I also have both mirrors. I will be down ur way soon for nk8.

i was strongly considering it.....but wouldnt that make the car slower????
the only problem that i might have is finding a 95 dohc atx pcm....if i can find one then thats probally the route i will be taking since i alredy have a ported dohc head

well i went and got the car last nite......it isnt actually that bad at all....
the guy i got it from took of the timing belt tensioner, but i have 5 or 6 of them.....

anyone have any idea about the metal radiator??? i havent come across any that were metal....

the car is a bare model.....manual everything and what not, but it does have a/c and cruise control....
there is a dent in the passenger side fender, rear drivers side door, and some rust on the front of the hood....but since its a work car i might just throw the hood, trunk, and fenders off of my old blue r/t on it......

oh yeah...best thing about the car.....
its only got 62,000 original miles on it
