Sand the rusted spots and shoot some primer over it.

What is the 8th digit of your vin? If it's a "Y" then you have a DOHC, if it's a "C" then you have a SOHC.

you have a DOHC... hood. notice the little bulge off to the one side. not all neons have that. the engine itself is SOHC. which is actually better for you since you have an automatic

Yea like das said. Sand it. I would use the rust primer. It will help so it doesnt come back. I pictured alot worse in my head. It looks like a nice car.

yea ill try that and with the muffler brackets you think cut those off sand it down and weld new ones on there or what?
