suspension sugestions
strut bars dont make a whole hell of alot of difference.....the suspension bushings will do the most...
the problem with the bushings is installing them....just make sure you have a few days and a good torch

I used K-Sport coil package and I love them. Full adjustment on height and 32 settings on the firmness of the ride.
I am not going to point out no names but some was saying to get rid of the 17" and go with a smaller rim and lowering the car puts more weight on the suspension. How stupid can you get. First of all with the 17" you will have less sidewall to flex and a bigger pattern touching the ground. The down side a rougher ride. And now the lowering the car puts more weight on the suspension (WTF) where is the weight before you lower the car DUH HUH. Lowering the car changes the center of gravity.
Hey spud been a while looks like have let all the idiots in nice to see you are still trying to keep them straight.

the haynes manual will tell you all of the torqu specs..
the torch would be to burn the old bushings out...the main one you will need it for is the front control arm rear bushing
