Default srt-4 build help please

Well I am building the 2.4 with srt-4 pistons and rods. I have the srt-4 turbo. If I use the stage 2 wastegate how much psi will that be? Do I need to use the stage 2 injectors with it? Or what should I use for injectors? And would it be wise to get the bearings for a srt-4 or just the stratus 2.4? Then for fuel should I just use the walboro with the srt-4 fmu? Thanks!

stage 2 is like 14psi or somehweres around there...

Are you doing a full srt swap or a stratus block with srt internalls???

Then I will answer the rest...

srt-4 tentioner..

Timing Belt tensioner 4781570AB $74.28

and these are the internalls you MUST run...

Rod and piston assembled with pin 4884247AD (you need 4) 78.33 each 313.32 total
Rings 5093441AA 27.82 total Set is for all four pistons.

TOTAL COST OF REBUILD 373.44 THAT’S RIGHT YOU CAN HAVE A BUILT BLOCK THAT WILL HANDLE 500HP FOR LESS THEN 400 BUCKS.

WHy did you say MUST? I already bought srt-4 rods, pistons, rings, and pins. Are there different part numbers? Or are they all the same?

your good...

What im saying is that you need all the bearings from the srt... not the stratus... the srt have a second oil hole allowing better oiling for the turbo applilcation... stratus only has one oiling hole on the bottom bearing... and I belive the srt bearings are tri metal bearings.

So this is what you need...

Main bearings 5012582AA 7.98 Total
Rod Bearings 5093448AB (you need 4) 6.08 each 24.32 total

not really
a stock motor makes vaccum pressure...so does a high compression motor...
a turbo car makes boost...opposite of vaccum....
vaccum sucks, boost blows...basically....therefore you need a catch can to catch the oil that gets blown out of the motor
