Instrument cluster? As far as I know since early 80s Dodge/Chrysler has been plug and play for the standard wiring harness for all bodies so swapping a tach cluter for a non tach will just bolt right in, only harnesses you will need ot change are external units for auto or man trans under the hood. I had a 93 Daytona auto and everything was plug and play to swap from the auto to 5 speed including the linkage no cutting or welding (universal Unibody construction rules). If they kept that bit of genius id say find one and swap, I swapped a tach cluster to my 96 Neon without any extra wires or connections. I just wish the cluster to harness plugs were decent so the power stays on all the time, resoldered the board and it still cuts out, plastic harness clips are loose im pondering direct wiring it real soon and bypassing the plugs.

as far as i know, you will need all the wire harnesses and a whole bunch of other junk to do the swap
