Yea they spray oil all over the firewall and back of the motor. Sucks.

if i have an oil pressure gauge thats where i would hook it up rite?

If you want. You can also get sandwich kits for the oil filter.

wth is a sandwich kit?????
and can i get to that pressure switch from the top

i actually just did mine today. i drove it up ramps and tried to get at it with an adjustable wrench, good luck i couldn't get it. it was too cramped and i couldnt get at the right position. so i broke down and bought the socket at NAPA for 7$ and i put an extension on it and it came right off. and installed right from under the car, which i think is the easier way.

also be careful when trying to get the plug off the end of the sensor, mine was a nice pretty green, well it still is but i cracked it, but it still works, not leaking oil or anything YAY

thanks for the info on where its at asbel i think im going to return the sensor go to autozone rent the socket, take the old one out and just install my aftermarket oil pressure gauge.
