what do you mean turn it with the starter?

turn the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation or turn the key and see if the stater can

alright and what happens after that like maybe water shoot out, maybe not what will this prove ?

it will let you know how much water is in the cylinders and get the water out.

you know how an engine works right? it takes in air/fuel and compresses it in the combustion chamber and you know that water cannot be compressed.... so that said if water gets in there and it wont compress then something has to give, so what happens is the rods break or the valves or something else breaks to let the water escape. you have check for water in there by removing the spark plugs and cranking it with the starter.

If you tried to crank the car with the water in it and now only it clicks....you most likely snapped a rod.

First thing you should have done, was pull the plugs and crank the engine over. Then pull the TB and intake manifold off and drain any and all water.

Drop the oil pan and have a look and see what you see.
