Default motor mount question

since i decided to keep my neon i am doing a custom neon and i was wondering what kind of motor mounts should i go with. my are intentions are going all the way. probably eventually turbo, but time will tell. Right now my stock motor mounts are in fair condition but i know that when modifying a stock engine it is recommended to upgrade motor mounts. what do you all recommend. As soon as i start i will post some pictures. money is a little tight now but i will make it my project car that i will take to the grave, lol. unless some comes along with 25g.

do these look like good ones or do you all recommend different ones.

I have a Front Motor mount with the Prothane inserts in the mount already. The item is used and in good contidion. Iif your intrested in it. Price is 40 plus shipping, I would ship from 48239 and I will only ship USPS, and item will include tracking number.

Maybe one of these days I will make an actual F/S post.

i was looking on moderns website and it mention that they had the street and racing. i was thinking of going with the racing as opposed to the street. i think that is what you all are talking about correct. 44.99 is that with shipping included. when i opened it up it said 22.99 but when i added to cart it was 44.99 so i imagine that that is shipping already added or no?

For the full race kit, you add $22.

Scroll down to available options and you can choose.

Front motor mount is the easiest, then the side mount. Tranny mount is the hardest of the 3, but still pretty easy.

Make sure you have 2 jacks (or 1 jack and some jack stands), one to lift the car and the other to raise and lower the engine as needed.
