holy cow. I found your you tube video, that thing was bad ***. Why do you have RIP after 18psi? That kinda scares me, did the block crack? Eagle rods and JE's I hope you didnt throw a rod with that combo.
So you just used the FPR to tune in the A/F ratio. Did you use a wide band A/F guage? I bet you had plenty of fuel with 2 walbros, how did you plumb that in? And using the stock SRT4 setup makes things easier I bet. frakin awesome...

intake walboro 255lph fuel pump modified with a return line.....stock regulator.....inline walboro 255lph pump.....begi fuel regulator......aftermarket fuel rail......accel 30# injectors.....then to a 1/4" return line back to the pump...
believe me, there was more then enough fuel to run this car...
no wide band a/f gauge...i know people have heard of hahnracecraft...the guy that installs most of the turbo kits on hahns show cars used to live down the street from me and he helped me tune the car...
the stock srt4 setup was badass to use.....if i ever turbo another neon (which i wont) i will be using the same setup....its great because it bolts right on a dohc and the turbo is so small that it can build full boost at about 1200 rpms
i alredy messaged you back about what happened, but no bearings failed, garretts right, the shop that did the work didnt do the clearances properly and ruined the #1 and #2 pistons....after 259 miles

I Ride, thanks alot, your setup looks feasible for me. I fear that my TD05 12a from the mitsu starion might not have enough umph though. Maybe I'll find a T3 from the yards. The old shelby chargers are what caused me to get a neon in the first place.
Spud, your neon will always be King, I like to turn up the Youtube vid real loud. Newbies, find it. You will swear by the turbo for life.
