If i understand which ones you are talking about. Im pretty sure they are either 15mm or 18mm, i want to say there is both down but try those two.

which mounts?
the bolts that hold the mount to the car? or the bolts that hold the mount to the motor? or the bolts that hold the mount bracket to the motor?
is the car an auto or manual?
just about every bolt on a neon is metric...

the mount that holds what to the car? the motor or tranny?

passenger side mount:
2-15mm bolts holt the mount to the car
3-15mm bolts hold the mount plate to the motor
1-long 3/4" bolt holds the mount plate to the mount

front motor mount:
3-18mm bolts and 2-15mm bolts hold the bracket to the motor
2-15mm bolts hold the mount to the car
1-long 15mm bolt holds the bracket to the mount

tranny mount:
3-15mm bolts hold the mount to the motor
1-long 3/4" bolt holds themount to the car

5-speed trannys usually have a plate underneath that support the tranny to the block
2-18mm bolts hold the brace to the tranny
2-15mm bolts hold the brace to the oil pan

automatic trannys usually have a bracket on the back of the motor to support the tranny to the block
1-15mm bolt on the back of the tranny
1-15mm bolt on the back of the block

hope this is what you are looking for
