Fuel injectors are getting dirty, try some concentrated gumout in the tank everytime you fill up for a week or so. A dirty fuel filter causes top end HP loss. Oh and check your plugs, fouled up plugs could cause a weak spark and a misfire.

dirty throttle body, Catalytic converter going bad, bad O2 sensor, dirty injectors, dirty fuel filter, bad plugs, dirty air filter all can cause that problem.

dirty throttle body = remove and clean w/ throttle body cleaner
Catalytic converter and o2 sensor would turn on the check engine light but could cause the same problem
dirty injectors = clean like glx said
fuel filter = change
air filter = change
plugs = remove, check gap, change

any way you go, you gotta think...when you open up the throttle the engine is not getting enough of either (1) Air (2) fuel or (3) spark.
