im rockin a 97 expresso my car is throwing a egr code. what is involved in inspecting this
and replacing the damn thing. also how much am i looking at in parts.
will this do any major damage if driven like this. any input appreciated

 

cleaning the egr valve might fix it.. and according to autozone they are like $100.. once u clean it you have to reset the computer so the code goes away and if it comes back you still have to problem... it won't really do damage but you will prolly get bad gas milage and stuff..
