Its not that hard, I've done it to mine already. Took me maybe 30 minutes.

The inserts are fairly easy to put in, but you may need to support the engine with a jack to keep it in place while you do this.

There are techincally 4, one in the front of the car on the front support to the motor and trans, one on either side on the top that just support the motor, and a bobble strut on the back side of that motor that takes the torque.

Unless I'm mistaken, the bobble strut is only on the manuals. I'm also wondering about motor mount inserts because I have some but haven't got around to putting them in yet. I asked on a neon forum for help but didn't get too awful much in the area I was looking for it. I know exactly where the mount on the passenger's side is, and I know exactly where the mount on the front is. It's the transmission mount that is confounding me. I was told you have to take off the wheel and go in through the fender, and removing the battery will help you get to it easier. So if anyone here can help me out on this and tell me what the easiest way to get to each bolt on each mount is, I would appreciate it.

Also, something no one mentioned on here that the other forum was able to help me with, the passenger's side mount will not stay in. It has the tendancy to slide out. I was advised to get a fender washer with an ID of 1/2" and an OD of 2-2 1/2 " and that will keep her in place just dandy.

I don't know about a ATX, I thought they were the same, but. 1- on the front by the radiator. 2- on the passenger side on the top side of the motor, by the fender. 3- Drivers side by the radiator. 4- Bottom of the motor, rear in between the motor and trans, aka the bobble strut, it looks like a small shock.
