Ok after all the crap of getting my DOHC back together and running it seems as if its loading up on fuel. It pops out the exhaust and smells of pure gas. What could be causing this? I started it back up now it only runs with the throttle opened and wont idle on its own. And its still running lall funky (popping, starts hard shaking the car, and sputters a bit)

 

I sounds like a PCM or sensor problem. Was is a SOHC to a DOHC swap? I would check all the wires and throw some fuel injector cleaner in.
