you gotta remember that if you are putting more air into your motor you have to have plenty of fuel to put into your engine. Also you need spark that is how motors work... You say it is a custom made intake where is it located at? I would never run a car without a air filter nothing but problems...you gotta remember that there is dirt everywhere even at the track.

okay there is no way your flowing that 76mm tb, even with a p&p head 60 is about as big as you want to go, too big a tb can also hurt performance. I know you want to win, but if you are running the intake like the way the hondas do, your looking for the engine to fail, I know you know this, but why chance it, all the hondas that run like that at a drag strip most of them end up breaking, you can suck in alot of crap, just run a k&n type, the best filters on the market. I know theres not to much room in the 1gens, but a tuned intake will help better then your custom one, unless they dyno tested the length, I know Indy made in take your these cars with a heat shield. Do you have anyway of controlling your f-350 inj? If you dont get one, that would be the best way to max them out, do you have a w/b? if so what are your a/fr's?

oh okay, a w/b= wide band gauge, a/fr= air fuel ratio, its what the wide band measures. Well if your calcs were what they are, cool, I just dont see it custom intake or not but hey its all good, if it works it works. You need to get something to controll those inj with, to better fine tune them to get the most power out of them, cause if they are making you run really rich, thats not good, need to lean them out a bit, but you need a wide band to see what they are doing to your exhaust.
