I have two ticks at start up until the car warms up. I know one of them is a small exhaust leak that goes away when the manifold seals after the car gets up to temp.

The second one sounds like the top end. Can I get this tick to lesson with some oil treatment like lucas oil or slick 50. Which would you recommend? both ticks go away completely when the cars warms up.

just leave it alone... keep up on your oil changes and as long as it don't get worse or keep ticking once the engine is warmed up don't worry about it... these engines are well know for ticking once the get some miles on them... most will run for a long time without issue... so unless it gets worse just leave it be...
