Something weird happened this weekend. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or not, but I got my car detailed (in and out) this weekend, and now I noticed that the blinkers do not work. I also noticed before this, that my front right speaker stopped working, but this has happened 3 times before due to loose speaker connections.

The blinkers on both sides, front and back and the indicator lights are not functioning. I checked the fuses and they are fine. Any ideas before I take it to a shop to look at?

I am having the same issue. I'm probably going to take mine into the dealer and let them look at it.

 

I meant check the flasher relay. Sounds like that is bad.

 

I was driving home, and while driving I kept trying the blinker, and all of a sudden, it started to work again. Damn Neon!

 

Sounds like the multifunction switch or the flasher relay. If that does not work replace your blinker fluid, it could be bad, lol

 

Yeah and don't forget those exhaust bearings lol. Good one casper, some people were prob confused when they saw that lol.

 

Not as weird as it sounds. After using the 4 ways one day the turn signals would not work. Then on the way to the dealership after notifing them I was on the way and they had a bay open, t turns away the started working again. Moral well maybe during the detail process wiping the area of the 4-way the switch had excess plastic flas that got stuck in the swtch mechanisim. Worked it's way out and all is well. All I could figure. Smile until it is a problem again.
