should help you out. According to the guys who helped me, it is plug and play. Most 95 models came pre-wired for a tach.
I found and bought a cluster from a 95 that had a tach, but the 98 cluster you have should also work in the 95. Just pop off the dashboard top and unscrew a couple of screws, pop out the non-tach cluster from the 95 model, disconnect the plug from the back of the circuit board and compare to the 98 connector. The wiring diagram for those years are the same, so you should be fine.
I checked my car out while waiting for my "new" part, and indeed it is pre-wired, so I am getting impatient waiting for it so I can hook it up and give it a go.....
