ok i have change air flow sensor and the whole throttle body and bot it sensors the idle controle valve and throtle postion sensor but u can still be driving it and when u shift for push cluth in it idles about 2k then when u are fully stoped it goes down and inbetween shifts some time it will jump up to about 3k so what should i do now i am stumped

 

Have ck'ed for codes? I am guessing a vacumm leak some where in the engine compartment.
