1995 Neon SOHC turns over got spark no power to fuel pump Plz help

I have tried replacing the fuel pump, relay, and fuse, and I have not had any luck. I need some direction as to what else the problem could be.

Do your interior lights work? Headlights and so on? Do you have any power? Does it crank at all?

I have power the car cranks and I vave spark at the wires. Just no power to fuel pump connector.

What did you replace the current relays with? DId you test the relays on the horn relay position for function? Have you tried jumping the fuel pump manually to see if it will power on?

Crank position sensor or ASD relay.
