i have a shake in my front end around 55 usually jus under acceration, i replaced a tie rod the other one is good ball joints are good wheel bearings are good and i jus did solid mount inserts but i still have the shaking i checked the wheels they're torqued its killing me i have to know it isnt a tire weight or anything cause ive had 2 diff sets of wheels on and it did it with both
ok no i didnt replace the outer cause it wasnt bad and bushings are fine but today my passengerside axel did take a dump on me could that have been my shaking? i was drivin and the shake turned into a knock and then it got worse and worse checked it the wheel was shain down the road and there was play in the axel i bearly limped it home
yeah ok recap...whoever last worked on my car only put one lug nut back on it my wheel was falling off the whole time..so i fixed it and did it right but i stilll have a bit over a shake at 50+ like a shaking in the front and then it goes away then it comes back then it goes away..doesnt stop
Makes me want to order the bushings kit that much more for my car. Do not have the vibrations, but that car pulls all over under hard launches. Would like as much control as possible.
look and see if ur rotors and pads are good... somtime it will shake ad a speed over 45 and higher.. the rotors mit be worped and pads mit be junk and it could be ur alinement.. make sure ur tires are dont have flat spots and not a bad CAMBER
yea if ur rotors are junk that would do it.. when u do the rotors just do the pads too even if there good its a must on all cars cuz the other wies it mit skeeek or it will take a while for the pads to get the game groves then the new rotors
